Brian Holwerda - Montana, USA
Three-time San Diego Music Award winner with songs featured in Super Troopers 2 and Franklin & Bash. After years in Nashville, he traded the noise for a 37,000-acre ranch on the Blackfoot River in Montana.
He still heads back to Nashville to write and record with longtime collaborator Ben Simonetti (Zac Brown Band), but most of the work starts at home — early mornings, quiet valleys, and a guitar at the kitchen table.
Brian plays throughout Montana and the PNW, and hosts a weekly bluegrass night at a small mountain bar near the ranch.
